If shopping and dining are more your speed, there are plenty of restaurants and boutiques within a five-minute drive of home. You’ll have access to a sparkling resort-style pool for laid-back afternoons in the sun. A quaint living room with a cozy couch and a comfortable love seat is perfect for watching your favorite shows on the large TV. The loaded kitchen with a giant island (complete with seating) and modern appliances opens up to the elegant dining room with seating for everyone. The second living room contains a twin daybed with a trundle and a mounted TV. The half bath is quaint with a single vanity and toilet. A coastal primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, large TV, wicker chair seating and private balcony access. An en-suite bathroom has a single vanity and shower. The second bedroom also has a plush queen-size bed, dresser and TV. Kids will love the third bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and its own TV. The spacious guest bathroom boasts a single vanity and shower/tub combo. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
