You will revel in the nautical-themed touches, including vintage ship porthole windows and a ship captain’s wheel on the upper deck. Take in the spectacular ocean views from almost every room in the house. Outside, the obvious attraction is the beach. Just a short trek through the tall grass, and you’re on the sandy shore. But there’s lots more to do in the area. For example, downtown is just a short drive away, where you can enjoy plenty of restaurants and shops. Additional perks of this home include a deck and a washer/dryer. Beach towels, board games, and a high chair are provided. THINGS TO KNOW The pictured fireplace is not operational. Each TV has a Roku streaming box to log in to streaming accounts. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
