Welcome to the heart of Hill Country in this lovely home, nestled into a bend on Lake Lyndon B. Johnson. This gorgeous, secluded spot is about an hour and a half from Austin and surrounded by state parks, wineries, hiking, biking, fishing, and boating opportunities - but with so much to keep you busy at home, no one will blame you if you don’t make it far. You’ll find multiple places to gather outside, including the cozy seating area on the expansive waterfront deck, perfect for morning coffee. A friendly game of Ping-Pong or cornhole may be in order. Grab one of the five kayaks available for your use and explore by water - this area of the lake is very shallow and sandy - perfect for kayaking, swimming, and standup paddleboarding as boats rarely travel nearby. Children can also stand up in most areas but note that the dock can only be reached by shallow-water boats like bay fishing boats or skiffs. In the evening, fire up the gas grill...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
