Surrounded by lush foliage and sweeping views of the pond from nearly every room in the house there will be no lack of scenery and outdoor fun to be had. The furnished deck will be the hub for summer cookouts with a gas grill, ample outdoor seating, and a grassy lawn for the kiddos to play on. Plus, everyone will love walking from the back yard to the water’s edge to launch kayaks or sip a favorite beverage with their toes in the water!
Inside, there will be an equal amount of fun to be had with the welcoming, open layout of the full kitchen, living room, and dining area that make mingling a breeze from room to room. Add the flatscreen TV, free WiFi, and vaulted ceilings, and this space becomes truly one of a kind. When mealtimes come around, the culinary-inclined guests will have all of the major appliances and cookware needed to whip up tasty meals right at home base.
With everything needed for a memorable stay, a visit to Lovells Landing may just be a yearly tradition!
THINGS TO KNOW
-*The fireplace is not operational.
-Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
-*Please be respectful of the neighborhood/neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum.
-There are small surround-sound speakers mounted on the ceiling of the living room.
-Exterior lighting includes multiple lights on the decks and a motion/dawn-dusk sensor.
-There are five kayaks provided. Four single ones and one double.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
