Within a three-block radius, you’ll find Seaside Aquarium and Carousel Mall, as well as all the shops, arcades, and restaurants that Broadway and downtown Seaside have to offer. Thoughtfully designed and impeccably furnished, the open plan boasts original wood floors, shiplap walls, and exposed-beam ceilings. Meanwhile, newer renovations include an updated kitchen with an open-concept breakfast bar and dining area, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TVs with cable, USB charger stations in every bedroom, and updated bathrooms. The large spaces present room for your group to enjoy delicious meals together, as well as play one of the many provided board games. For something more mellow, find a cozy corner to snuggle into and catch up with loved ones or read a book from the varied collections throughout the house. The sunroom is the ideal place to sip on your morning coffee, while the covered front porch features a twin-size bed porch swing that is great for afternoon naps. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
