This unique luxury destination, is newly constructed (2022) and while providing all of the modern amenities, exudes warmth. Tucked away, this is one of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain. A number of restaurants, shops, YMCA located within walking distance and you are a 10 minute drive to downtown Asheville and just around the corner from hiking, biking and kayaking! Get ready to gather in one the most premier locations, create memories and all the while, you will feel right at home in Little Sparrow.
When you walk in you are greeted with an open floor plan with comfortable seating to gather. The living room is where you can enjoy the gas fireplace and large screen smart tv. Enjoy the ease of cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up your favorite meals and the large dining table has room for all! The 4 guest rooms with private bathrooms will provide comfortable sleeping and plenty of privacy and each quipped with Smart TV’s and wifi throughout. Enjoy some time on the back deck or take a dip in the hot tub after a long day of exploring. You will feel right at home and we’ll have you coming back again and again! Little Sparrow is professionally managed by Property Manager, a local team with years of experience and passion for providing the ultimate guest experience.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
