With interiors that were decorated and designed by an internationally published designer Anil Kakar of Kakar House of Design , the main level living room is open and comfortable with a large TV and Wi-Fi throughout. Relax on the patio lounge area where you can relax and soak in the ever-changing views. Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 6 - Max Occupancy: 8 - 2 Covered Parking spaces and room for 3 additional spaces - Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens - Internet Speed: Download - 25 Mbps, Upload - 3 Mbps - A full house generator for piece of mind - 2 night minimum throughout the year and a 3 night minimum is required for all holidays - Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very private and quiet gated community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. - Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, and trip insurance.​​​​​​ Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name.
