Sandpiper Tower 606 (Please Read Before Booking: There are two separate construction projects taking place. Our pool and beach access are currently closed until further notice and undergoing a complete restoration. There is a charming beach access 800 ft south of the condo at Seagull Park Beach. Beginning May, 2024 to the end of 2024, we will be installing a mandatory fire sprinkler system throughout the building. The sprinkler system has been installed in unit 606, but you may be impacted by noise during the duration of this project. You’ll be within walking distance of Skyview Plaza, a variety of dining options, and a Publix Supermarket just down the street. Visit Seagull Park a few blocks away, spend an afternoon at the Manatee Cove Golf Course, or explore the Brevard Zoo with the whole family. At Anchorage Boat Rentals, you can rent a pontoon boat or another craft to cruise along the Indian and Banana Rivers. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
