Located on the second floor of an old-time building, painted with butterflies, it has artsy character and is within strolling distance of restaurants, shops, cafes, cocktail lounges & more. The Rocky Mountains provide a dramatic backdrop!
The Space:
This loft-like condo is located on the upper floor of a corner Studio 27 Aesthetics Boutique straight out of Old Colorado City. The building’s exterior is colorfully painted with butterflies. Impossible to miss! Enter the paved parking area on the side of the building, where you’ll be welcomed by a huge wall mural depicting a horse-drawn wagon in early Colorado Springs.
Enter the door marked “The Keys” and climb one flight....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
