Liv’s Place is a one bedroom flat located in the centre of the gorgeous village, Bramfield which is 3 miles from the market town of Halesworth and 7 miles from the beautiful Suffolk Heritage Coast. The village itself is perfectly placed for the delights of both countryside and the coast and also benefits from a village shop, deli and a wonderful pub all within a 5 minute walk.

One spacious king-size bedroom with an alcove that has 2 single beds suitable for children or adults that don’t mind sharing one bedroom. There are curtains between the main section of the bedroom and the alcove to provide some privacy.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
