This wonderful oceanfront home is about three blocks from Laguna Beach’s Main Beach and downtown’s Forest Avenue, with private steps to St Anne’s Beach - an awesome beach for children and adults alike to surf, swim, skim board, stand-up paddle board, build sandcastles, and play beach games. Sweeping panoramic views of the shimmering Pacific, Catalina Island, and out-of-this-world sunsets can be seen from either of its two ocean view decks, living area, main bedroom, and kitchen. The three-story, 1,800-square-foot home has a great beach vibe with Tommy Bahama furniture, a fabulous antique bed, and original artwork. The Great room has a 50” TV above the fireplace and comfortable seating from which to enjoy them both. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
