This beautiful village house offers you a successful combination of tradition and modernity in 250 m2 and is divided into several floors: On the ground floor, you will find the dining room and a kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes during your holidays. In addition, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and another with a double bed. These bedrooms also have an en-suite bathroom. A few steps will take you to the next floor, where there are two more bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and en-suite bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned (cold/heat) and there is a fireplace in the living room for cosy winter nights. Enjoy the beautiful patio where you can spend pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company. From here, you can access a spa area to cool off on hot days. There is also an outdoor toilet. From the roof terrace, you have an unforgettable view of the beautiful Artà!
