Precious and very well-maintained house in the centre of Artá.
If you are looking for accommodation to spend pleasant holidays with your family and friends, in Alcariot you will find the comfort and charm you are looking for.

This beautiful village house offers you a successful combination of tradition and modernity in 250 m2 and is divided into several floors:
On the ground floor, you will find the dining room and a kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes during your holidays. In addition, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and another with a double bed. These bedrooms also have an en-suite bathroom.
A few steps will take you to the next floor, where there are two more bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and en-suite bathrooms.
The house is fully air-conditioned (cold/heat) and there is a fireplace in the living room for cosy winter nights.
Enjoy the beautiful patio where you can spend pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company. From here, you can access a spa area to cool off on hot days. There is also an outdoor toilet.
From the roof terrace, you have an unforgettable view of the beautiful Artà!
