Beautiful and cosy house in Muro

Located in the village of Muro, in the north of the island.
Capacity for 3 persons.
The house is divided into three floors: ground floor, first floor and basement.
On the ground floor you will find the living room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a cosy interior "patio" (courtyard) .
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with double beds and a bathroom with shower.
In the basement there is a sofa bed and a play area.
The whole house is completely renovated and cared for down to the smallest detail.
In the bedrooms there is air conditioning.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
