Wonderful very quietly situated finca in Llubi with 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a double and a single bed and one with two single beds. It has 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. The living room is bright and nicely furnished. The beautiful outdoor area has a swimming pool and sun loungers are available for you. You can also spend cosy barbecue evenings here in very beautiful and quiet surroundings.The finca has room for 7 people.
For the cold season there is a pellet stove and a fireplace.
Another special feature is the games offer: The finca offers you 1 billiard table, as well as darts and table tennis!
Llubi is only 10 minutes away from the nearest shopping centre; the beautiful sandy beach "Playa de Muro" is also only 15 km away.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
