WHAT’S NEARBY Here on the ocean block in midtown Ocean City, you’ll be less than a block from Coastal Highway and its many restaurants, shops, and sources of family entertainment. The Assawoman Bay Bridge is half a mile south, as is the Ocean City Tennis Center. The heart of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk is only three miles south as well. THINGS TO KNOW No smoking allowed. A queen sofa bed offers extra sleeping space. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
