Le Jardin Secret has been blessed with a very special location near Carcassonne, in a small protected and historic Cathar hilltop village and surrounded by rolling hills of woods, fields and wilderness which provide perfect walking paths with views of the Pyrenees, the Black Mountains and the Corbières.
This historic village of only 150 inhabitants, was an important castle and was for a long time the capital of Lauragais and you can still see some of the remains of the old fortifications. The front door of this 18th-century house opens onto the village’s Grande Rue, with all of about 12 houses. Indoors lies a beautifully restored and comfortable family home with stunning open views over the countryside. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
