The Wallowa Lakefront Secluded. Quiet. Beautiful. This three-level home on the west side of Wallowa Lake is the perfect base for your small family or two couples seeking to escape from everyday life. Here on the lakeshore, you’ll have a private dock and two decks on two levels. Step inside to find the first bathroom with a shower on your right. Just beyond, the recently remodeled kitchen features large windows with a view of Wallowa Lake and all the modern conveniences of home. Past the breakfast bar is a living room with a gas stove on your right, a dining area to your left, and sliding glass doors that open onto the main-level deck with a patio set and a grill. Climb the spiral staircase to the open-banister loft with a queen bed and a half-bath. Descend the steps past the living room down to the lower bedroom to find French doors that open to the bottom-level deck (where the steps to the dock start) and another full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. THINGS TO KNOW Seasonal private docks are typically placed for Memorial Day thru Labor Day. These are placed and pulled by a 3rd party and several variables come into play such as lake levels, snow and company availability. We do our best, but these items are non refundable items if a problem occurs with their timing of putting in the water and pulling from the water. Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. We strongly encourage you to review your tank level in the morning and if a replacement is needed please reach out to your local contact for a tank replacement. No cable service, but there is a Roku/VCR/DVD. The upper and lower floors are accessed by spiral staircase. No fires or firepits are ever allowed due to the heavy timbered area and county restrictions. Do not exceed the occupancy or parking limits at any time. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
