Almond Barn holds a wonderful location within beautiful West Sussex, in easy reaching distance of a huge variety of popular destinations, including Bosham, Chichester and West Wittering. Set in the quiet village of Nutbourne, guests will enjoy a relaxing stay, while helpful amenities, including shops and restaurants, are just minutes away.
The contemporary Scandi-style barn is totally unique and offers those fortunate enough to enjoy a stay here a one-of-a-kind holiday home, ideal for those in search of a truly luxurious break! The newly-built home can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests across its five beautifully-appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor is the main living accommodation, which offers plenty of space, ideal for socialising. The space comprises of an impressive, open-plan living and dining area as well as a luxury kitchen complete with a sub-zero fridge freezer, a boiling water tap and Gaggenau appliances, it truly is a chef’s dream! In the evenings, retreat to the snug area and enjoy a laidback movie nights after action-packed days on the beach. Also on this level is the first of the bedrooms, a king-size double room, which can be set up as a twin on request, and boasts en-suite facilities. Upstairs, are the remaining four bedrooms, a super-king master with its very own en-suite shower room as well as two doubles and a twin room which share the use of a stylish family bathroom.
The real wow factor can be found outside at the luxury outdoor entertaining area which boasts a fabulous Hydro Pool, gas fire pit and barbecue, there is no better spot for al fresco dining during the Summer months! The children will enjoy playing games on the lawn while the play area complete with trampoline and swings will keep them entertained for hours. For any nature enthusiasts, herons like to fish in the stream adjacent to the garden while a beautiful barn owl often visits the back field.

Almond Barn holds an excellent location, situated between the villages of Nutbourne and Southbourne, where a handful of helpful amenities including restaurants and a Tesco Express can be found. Nearby, the coastal village of Bosham, with its quaint tearooms and boutique shopping, is less than a 10-minute drive away.
For those in search of a wider variety of attractions and amenities, the cathedral city of Chichester is under a 15-minute drive away and makes a wonderful day out for the whole family. Goodwood is less than 20-minutes away and is a must-visit for any motor sport fans or keen golfers with its two fantastic 18-hole courses. Further afield, Portsmouth with its excellent shopping at Gunwharf Quays is less than 20-minutes from the house, while the city of Winchester, with its world-class attractions and architecture, excellent shopping and fabulous dining, is under 50-minutes away. Finally, for the beach bums, West Wittering beach is just a 20-minute car journey away.
