With amazing sunsets and pier and ocean views out to Catalina Island from the living and dining rooms, this home is ideally located just minutes from the pier and train station. Downtown, with a stellar array of restaurants and shops, is just a short walk away.
Enter this beautiful one-story condo through a slider door on its semi-private patio, where you can barbecue and dine alfresco with the ocean sounds and breezes accompanying you. A lovely great room with a living area with lots of comfortable seating, a TV, a gas fireplace, and breathtaking ocean views. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a movie after your day’s adventures or before they begin.
The light, bright modern kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space. It has everything you need to meet your culinary desires, including an indoor table next to it.
The primary bedroom has a TV and a full en suite bath. A second bedroom has direct access to a shared bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and there is also a full-size sofa bed in the living room. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with premier linens for your ultimate comfort. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, cable, and WIFI.
