Located just below the penthouse on the 19th floor of the iconic Pyramid building, this beautifully appointed and newly upgraded (in 2023) private, quiet condo features stunning views of the beach and the ocean. You can watch the dolphins, soak up the sunshine, or simply listen to the waves on the enclosed balcony with upper sliding windows.
This condo’s new updates include brand-new bathrooms, floors, all-new stainless steel kitchen appliances, smart TV’s in all rooms, bedroom renovations, patio furniture on the balcony, a new sleeper sofa, new furnishings, and new lighting in the living room. The living room features customized blinds, a 65-inch smart TV, and walls that are adorned with the paintings of local artists. Both bedrooms have brand-new wood floors, new headboards, custom blinds, and tufted mattresses, as well as books and magazines that are free for guests to take home. Both bathrooms have been completely upgraded for 2023, offering new closets as well.
The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you’ll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line.

The second bedroom has no cable (just a VCR/DVD player).
A $40 registration fee is due at check-in at Pyramid building year-round. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
