Sandy Square is an oceanfront property perched on the dunes in North Ocean City. It’s wonderfully located only two blocks from Coastal Highway, which is lined with restaurants, casual eateries, shops, nightlife, grocery stores, and sources of entertainment for all ages. Northside Park is three-quarters of a mile north as well, offering lighted sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and a host of annual events across its 58 acres.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
