Enjoy ample storage space (including a hallway closet to store your beach gear, closets in both bedrooms, and a pantry in the hallway), lots of hooks for your beach towels and hats, a private washer/dryer, and central air conditioning. For those days away from the beach, you’ll have a large outdoor balcony with Adirondack chairs, board and card games, as well as streaming-capable TVs in each room. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
