Mountainside 61 Welcome to the newest ski-in/ski-out building at Sugarbush! You’ll be only 50 feet from Ski trail. The ski trail is named Out To Lunch and it is an easy trail for beginners. Enjoy a mountain condo with comfortable features at every turn, starting with a gas fireplace with plenty of room around it. Store your gear from the day’s activities in the available lockers. The private balcony offers a wide view of the surrounding area and the shared, seasonal pool (which guests can enjoy access to during their stay). The full kitchen features full-size appliances, and there’s plenty of tools on hand to help you cook up anything you’re craving. Younger guests will love relaxing in the loft bunk room, which features extra seating and a full bathroom so everyone can enjoy their own space. Prepare for true mountain fun at a condo that pays tribute to classic rustic cabins! Additionally, you and your loved ones will have access to a community heated pool. It includes entertaining activities and amenities, from indoor pools and hot tubs to yoga and other fitness programs, weight room, sauna, and much more. Discounts are available. Open year-round. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
