Summit House East 309 Nothing beats the good ol’ mountain breeze to truly disconnect from reality. This third-floor condo plus loft will be just what you need to get away from it all and leave all of your worries behind. The living room has been equipped with convenience and comfort in mind; you’ll find a wood-burning fireplace for chilly nights, a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable, and comfortable furniture (a sofa and an armchair). We know what you’re thinking: movie nights! There is a small, but private balcony off the living area, which comes equipped with a convenient gas grill. Barbecues in the mountains, anyone? The kitchen will satisfy the cook’s needs. It’s fully equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher and a coffee maker. This level also includes a bedroom with a flatscreen TV and an ensuite full bathroom with double vanity and a tub/shower combo. The loft upstairs adds another sleeping space and an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Guests will be granted access to a series of great shared amenities including a hot tub, sauna, and laundry facilities. Things to Know Walk to lifts High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. Key Pickup & Parking Information: Guests must pick up their keys at the Copper Property Manager office located at 189 Ten Mile Cir #109, Frisco, CO 80443. Free parking is available for key pick-up after 2 PM in the Ten Mile Circle garage and the Chapel lot for your convenience. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
