Our spacious Ranch-style home, ‘The Attwood’, is ideal for groups of 3-7 guests with 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. Located in our quiet Mt Pleasant neighborhood, location and parking won’t be an issue here!
Accessed by its own entrance/ exit, and up a short set of exterior stairs, The Attwood features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 6 seats, breakfast bar, and stools, stocked kitchen ready to prepare a feast at home! Living room and sun room with high vaulted ceilings, backyard with patio table and chairs - this is the perfect vacation home to relax with your family and friends! Our office room is located centrally in the house near the living and the sunroom has a laptop-friendly desk and chair along with a pullout couch. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Please let our team know if you are bringing your dog. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 will be necessary.
