The villa features six large, luxuriously appointed bedrooms with private bathrooms, equipped with LCD TV, air-condition, and balconies with pool and sea views. The villa can accommodate 12 guests.
You will find three bedrooms, spacious and light living and dining room on a patio with a glass ceiling, creating a unique atmosphere with wooden and stone materials on the ground floor. A piano and a stone fireplace add to the charm of the space. Next to the patio is a relaxing area with two saunas, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, and a billiard table. A small, well-equipped kitchen is available for guests.
Three more bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa, one of them being a master bedroom with a gallery and 2 separate bathrooms. A billiard table, massage room and gym are also situated on this floor. Exiting to the terrace, you will find a lovely summer kitchen with barbecue and stone dining table for 12.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
