Just 500m from the lake and from the center of Gargnano is this nice independent holiday home with a large terrace overlooking the lake.
Located within a residence with other independent holiday homes, it is only accessible on foot through an internal lane, the parking lot is 100m away.
The garden of the holiday home is closed with a small gate and partly shared with another house.
Your holiday accommodation is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor: bright living room with dining room/kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the lower floor: small living room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower.
Through a private garden gate and a staircase you can reach the lake, the beaches and the old town of Gargnano in about 5 minutes. The public beach is about a 10-minute walk away. This is very nice and offers plenty of shade under the olive trees on the adjacent meadow. In the village of Gargnano however there is an ample choice of good restaurants, a baker, a butcher, a fruit and vegetable shop, two cheese/wine shops and a very small corner shop. For larger purchases we recommend going to Toscolano Maderno
Large outdoor area with panoramic views of the typical vegetation and the lake.
Even in summer the ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the fresh air in the evening are sufficient.
For sports lovers there are several possibilities: canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, diving, tennis, trekking, mountain biking, horseback riding.
The famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are about 60 km away to spend a day of fun. Ask for discounted tickets at check-in.
