Located in Piovere (a hamlet of Tignale), the Melograno holiday home enjoys a wonderful view of Lake Garda and Mount Baldo and is located within a recently renovated house with only 4 apartments, immersed in nature and tranquility.
Melograno is a spacious two-room apartment on the first floor, with a charming private balcony with a beautiful lake view, where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation in contact with nature.
It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area with a equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom.
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts such as wi-fi connection, safe, air conditioning, a parking space and the use of a common laundry room.
The beautiful garden that extends over several terraces offers the ideal place to enjoy the evening aperitif outdoors while the sun sets. Our guests will also be able to enjoy a beautiful common garden with a barbecue area.
This holiday apartment is an ideal place for both a lake holiday and a hiking holiday.
The centre of the village of Piovere offers a grocery store, a bar, a restaurant pizzeria and a public swimming pool, it is possible to reach the lake in a few minutes by car.
