The Home
2 of the bedrooms have tv wired for cable. The living room has cable and is a smart tv. You might park your car in the garage and never leave, but then you would miss out on all Highlands and the surrounding area has to offer. Take a quick walk down to Mirror Lake or head to downtown Highlands which is just 2 short miles. There you will find the lovely town located 4100 feet above sea level which has refreshing temperatures even in the warmest summer months. Restaurants and shopping are wonderful, as is the hiking, fishing and other outdoor adventures. There is something for everyone in this quaint area!

The AC units are portable,to use if necessary where you need it. There are two units.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
