This property features an oversized deck that looks out on the pond and mountains. This large home is a true timber frame and is entirely constructed with beams, posts and pegs. The living area is open concept with the kitchen, a den, fireplace, and dining all on one floor. And did we mention windows? Natural light abounds. With three bedrooms downstairs on the ground level this allows you to roll suitcases straight from the car through the downstairs screened porch avoiding steps. The Master bedroom has a King bed with en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have queen beds, with each guest room having its own private vanity and toilet with a shared shower room. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
