Head down a scenic gravel road to find this completely remodeled, allergy-free, lakefront home nestled in the trees. This gorgeous villa is the picture of luxury and convenience, with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the back deck. Summer visitors will love spending time on the private beach (on the private and warm side of the lake) and taking the provided kayaks and stand-up paddleboards out for lazy afternoons on the lake’s sparkling water!
Inside, 3,000 square feet of living space spans three well-appointed levels, perfect for families and get-togethers with friends. Enjoying a circular layout around the staircase, the first level is open, spacious, with a dining table, a private pool table, and a comfortably furnished entertainment area with a mounted TV and a gas stove. At the far end, you’ll find a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a vessel sink, and the home’s laundry room. The lower level also has access to a private patio with a comfy hammock, steps away from the home’s 120-foot stretch of private beach.
Head upstairs to the second-level living area featuring access to the furnished deck, a grand entertainment space crowned by a handsome gas fireplace, and lots of natural light cascading through floor-to-ceiling windows. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from ample granite countertops to stainless steel appliances, to turn out tonight’s home-cooked meal for everyone. Hot-weather meals are best when enjoyed alfresco on the furnished deck, and you’ll have a private gas grill available to throw a little char on today’s freshly caught fish. Let the dishwasher knock out all the dirty dishes while you spread out some board games, stream your favorite movies or shows, or enjoy a good film plucked from the DVD library. At the far end of the second level, the front-of-house mudroom has a comfy bench and plenty of hooks to hang your winter-wet clothes on.
Upstairs, you’ll find a lofted sitting area with a private library and a Papasan chair. A spacious sleeping area also enjoys an A-frame ceiling, a skylight, and a bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and skylight. Your summer guests will love the home’s central air-conditioning during the day and the firepit for those evening s’mores sessions. When you’re not splashing around in the lake, challenge a friend to a game with the driveway’s basketball hoop or a game of cornhole. The home’s free WiFi makes working and studying from the lake possible as well.
