This newly-built and delightfully-furnished cabin in a private community is centrally located in Jackson County offering easy access to many local attractions and communities. Inside your air-conditioned space, you’ll find a soaring cathedral ceiling, a full, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a table for six, and a comfortable living area with a gas fireplace (October to March), a flatscreen TV, a washer/dryer, and sliding door access out to the furnished deck. This large, screened deck offers a table and chairs for outdoor dining, cozy rockers, ceiling fans, and an additional flatscreen TV, all overlooking the river, while the riverside firepit is the perfect place to gather and watch the stars come out....

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
