Villa Palace is a traditionally designed Zakynthian stone house with 6 bedrooms, private pool, hydro massage area and direct access to the sea and the impressive Priest’s Cave. The villa can accommodate up to 12-14 people.

The villa is well equipped to accommodate home comforts:
Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opening to a large open plan sitting/dinning room. Outside there is a covered veranda with a dining table looking over the infinity swimming pool and a play ground for children.
First Floor: 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed and 3 bathrooms. There is a large covered veranda with an amazing panoramic sea view.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
