THINGS TO KNOW
BEGINNING JANUARY 5, 2026 THE HOA WILL BE WORKING TO REPAIR AND PAINT THE BALCONIES AND HANDRAILS. EACH STACK WILL TAKE 10 DAYS TO COMPLETE. THERE MAY BE NOISE DURING THIS TIME AND BALCONY ACCESS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA’s parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV’s, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.
