The location is simply perfect for exploring the city: right under the apartment are bars, restaurants and typical venues, ideal for experiencing the authentic Venetian atmosphere. The accommodation offers a large bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped open-space kitchen and an elegant dining table, perfect for moments of relaxation or sharing a meal together. The living area is enhanced by windows from which you can enjoy a suggestive glimpse of the Grand Canal, making the experience even more unique. The property also has two welcoming bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, both equipped with a shower. Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests’ name as a guarantee for damages. The published price includes the commissions which are the responsibility of the guest.
