A lovely bright accommodation just 10 minutes from the Duomo. If you are a couple or a family wishing to stay in a residential neighbourhood just outside the historic centre, this is the apartment for you. Located on an elegant private street, in the Sant’ Ambrogio area not far from Brera, it is easily accessible by public transport from the central station and airports, and the Cordusio metro stop is 500m away, with a convenient car park nearby.
Modern and refined style dominates this house where you will be eager to rest after a long day exploring the city. It is located on the first floor, accessible by lift, and consists of an open-plan space with a living room and fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm, every day. Later check-ins are possible only by prior agreement and with an extra payment. No arrivals are allowed after 11 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am. We remind you that to stay in Milan, the Tourist Tax is mandatory, amounting to €9.50 per day for each guest, which will be collected at check-in, and a rental contract will be completed and signed, including the details of a credit card in the guests’ name as a guarantee for damages.
