This loft strikes its guests with its brightness and clean, modern design in white tones. It consists of a spacious and bright living room with an American kitchen, a bathroom, and a mezzanine with a double bed.
In front of the building’s entrance is the Squero di San Trovaso, one of the few squeri currently in operation in Venice where gondolas are built and repaired. Moreover, it is located 100 m from the "Zattere" vaporetto stop, from which you can take the vaporetto towards Lido, Giudecca Island, Tronchetto, Piazzale Roma, and Railway Station. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Ponte dell’Accademia, from which you can walk towards Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge.
Check-ins are possible from 15:00 to 19:00. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 22:00 or €50.00 by 23:00. At check-in, the guest will be required to pay the accommodation tax, which is €5 per person per night, and will be asked to complete and sign a rental contract where the details of a credit card in the guests’ name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.
The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.
