The Home
Villa is developed in three levels, which are connected by internal staircase. The main entrance of the villa is on the second level, while there is access to the surroundings also from the first level. Villa feature large indoor open spaces (terraces) and open space for exclusive use (courtyard – garden), in addition to public open space area, maintaining direct contact with the natural environment.
The exterior design using materials such as stone and wood, ensures a sense of cottage, while the interior design meets all modern needs of visitors with emphasis on quality and functionality.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
