The living room space has plenty of comfy furniture and a mounted flatscreen TV, perfect for lazy ballgames and movie nights with the family.
The full kitchen includes a French-door refrigerator and ample counter space to help you prepare a delicious meal and you can serve up to six guests at the dining table. Afterward, let the dishwasher knock out all the dirty dishes while you adjourn to the deck or screened-in porch to share a few glasses of wine with your guests. Take a short walk to check out the many nearby shared amenities that include a pool, a children’s pool, a sauna, and basketball and tennis courts. The kids will love playing with the provided board games, and the home’s high-speed WiFi makes it quick and easy for online students to complete their projects on time. The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
The pools are located at the community pavilion. (The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only.)
* Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
