Villa is the second ground floor villa of the complex, which is located at the highest point of the site and has an area of 65,50 sq.m. It consists of two fully air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (which can be split to four single ones upon your request), a bathroom, a wc and a spacious open plan living kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen. The house can accommodate up to 5 people, including the sofa bed in the living room which has a high-quality sleeping mattress. The villa has its own private veranda with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, the Venetian castle and the traditional village of Hora as well as the Livadi beach. The terrace is covered with a white pergola, and furnished with dining table and chairs so that visitors can spend there many hours of relaxation and tranquility enjoying not only the view of the island but also the food and coffee all day long. In addition, for those who wish, there is a small outdoor private heated pool with Jacuzzi and a relaxation area with sun loungers, where the visitor can enjoy the magnificent view while bathing. The decoration combines in a sophisticated way the traditional with the modern. Traditional wooden ceilings, traditional wooden wardrobes and furniture with references to the tradition of Astypalaia island, such as the “gritzoles” in the kitchen and the bed “shefa” with the traditional railing. Key elements of the design are the functionality of the villa, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay to visitors. For this reason, the materials and the products were selected carefully from leading companies in furniture, lighting, sanitary ware and mattresses (COCOMAT).  Moreover, the house has its own safe and luggage compartment for better service to tenants.
