Calma is a newly built, 180 sq.m. modern house, spanning three floors, located on the outskirts of the vibrant town of Rethymno. Its strategic location offers the convenience of being within walking distance of supermarkets and taverns, while just a 5-minute drive takes you to the heart of Rethymno, with its plethora of tourist attractions and amenities.
The ground floor features two bedrooms with double beds that share a common bathroom equipped with a shower and WC. It provides access to a shared patio where a Jacuzzi is installed for your relaxation and enjoyment.
The middle floor is home to a spacious living-dining area with all modern facilities, including a satellite TV, comfortable sofas, an open-plan modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a separate WC, and a balcony with a patio for outdoor dining and leisure.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
