This cozy and cute home is beautifully decorated in beachy décor throughout and has an open floor plan perfect for entertaining and spending quality family time. Relax on the screened-in deck with plenty of seating and marsh views! Beach access is located at the end of the street and you can use the outdoor shower to easily spritz away the sand. THINGS TO KNOW No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No Permit Required
