The well-equipped kitchenette has all the basics needed to whip up delicious meals and snacks such as a mini-fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and pans (no dishwasher), and a bar top with several stools. After skiing your day away, come back home to snuggle on the sofa or armchair in front of the wood-burning fireplace and catch a game of your favorite team on the TV. The baseboard heat unit will keep you warm during chilly winter days as well. The main and only bedroom has a spacious closet, baseboard heat, and a convenient bed-side drawer. The full bathroom has a shower and baseboard heat. Guests of this lovely condo will be granted access to a shared indoor pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and laundry facilities. Free high-speed WiFi is perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.
This convenient home away from home offers a location minutes away from skiing at Winter Park, less than three miles and a half away. The Lift bus stop is right by the building, which is a free shuttle that takes you to the Winter Park skiing area. The Fraser river trail is a few yards away for explorers. Endless dining options and a grocery store await within walking distance. Downtown Fraser is two and a half miles away where you’ll find plenty of outdoor activities, a tubing hill, an ice skating rink, convenience stores, and more!
