After a day spent soaking up the sun, hiking scenic trails, or lounging by the pool, it’s the perfect spot for friendly competition, movie nights, and unwinding together.
After a long day of adventure, relax your muscles in the infrared sauna and enjoy the company of friends and family.
LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN/DINING (Main Floor)
On the main floor, the living area invites you in with a bright and open layout featuring large windows, comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and RCA Smart TV. Start your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee while taking in breathtaking, clear views of Blue Mountain from every window, setting the tone for a day well spent outdoors.
The beautiful and modern kitchen allows for the freedom to cook delicious meals on nights you’re not dining at one of Blue’s local restaurants. Modern stainless steel appliances include a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher for easy cleanup. There is plenty of cupboard space for easy storage, and all of your cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. You’ll only have to bring your food, coffee, and spices. The kitchen overlooks the dining room with comfortable bench seating to enjoy your special meal.
BEDROOMS AND LAUNDRY (Upstairs)
There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in this home. Professionally laundered linens, pillows, and towels are provided for your convenience and comfort.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Outdoors, you can soak up the sun and enjoy meals al fresco on the private patio area. Fire up the BBQ grill for summer dinners, then wind down with a drink as the sun sets behind the mountains. The backyard area of this home directly faces the mountains, offering impressive views all year-round and the perfect backdrop for slow summer evenings.
The private garage is available for guest use, and an EV charger is available upon request. There are 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway as well as visitor parking along the street.
SWIMMING POOL
The pool is typically open from the first week of June until the Labour Day long weekend. Feel free to reach out with exact dates if you’re curious about the pool being open!
The hours of operation are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM for general swim. Adult-only swim is available 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM to dusk.
If you plan to enjoy the pool, please bring beach towels! Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team.

For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Bring your beach towels and toys! Beach access is available. Paid parking and entry tickets required.
