In Koukaki, a hip area close to all the sightseeings and in a residential neighborhood, my place has all the comforts you will need to visit the city and have an unforgettable stay in Athens! Μake it your own home away from home. Enjoy the cozy rooms, the private backyard and ambience, the brand-new stylish furniture and modern decoration in earthy relaxed colors. With amenities ideal for those who don’t want to miss out anything while traveling!
The Space
This fully renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with short term rental apartments with private backyard with furniture, the idyllic place to spend your morning before visiting the city or relax during the afternoon and night. Once you open the heavy brand new security door you will feel at home, with an open plan living area with a big sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room!
This apartment has two bedrooms, both of them with a queen size bed with high class mattress and linen, spacious wardrobe with safety box and a flat screen smart TV connected to the wi-fi.
The bathroom has a cabin shower, high quality towels for all guests are provided, and you will find several bathroom amenities, such as, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer.
We want you to feel like home, so we have stocked the kitchen with everything you may need to cook. Between others you will find a brand new Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toasters. But that’s not all!!! Also instant coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper are available for the first days of your stay.
The couch in the living room can become a comfortable double bed when open and can accommodate two people.
There is a washing and drying machine at the laundry room at the rooftop of the building.
The rooftop offers great view to Filopapou Hill and the neighborhood.
There is no garage for your car, but you can find a safe parking place easily close to the apartment 24/7.

And it truly is a new, hip and friendly neighbourhood at the footprints of Acropolis with a classic character, remarkable neo classic buildings and tiny shops full of surprises in affordable prices. Find a hip café right next door, café and tavern with home made food just some steps away, a super market just two minutes walk away and excellent links to public transport such as buses, trolleys and metro.
The Metro station of Fix and Acropolis are just 10 minutes walk away. Don’t forget to walk to Filopapou Hill that is just 100m away from the doorstep and enjoy the amazing view to Acropolis, Thisio pedestrian street, the historical centre -which is the longest ancient pedestrian road in Europe! – and breath in the Athenian positive vibes of 5000 years ancient civilization!
Visit the most famous museums of the city that are just close to the apartment or head to the port of Piraeus easily with the metro, train or bus to continue your trip to the Greek islands.
Getting Around
If you like walking, just 10/15 minutes away you reach Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma and some of the most famous sights of Athens. You can also do a small hike up to Filopapou Hill – you don’t need to be a pro! The access is easy for everybody!- and get down to the other side at Dionisiou Areopagitou famous road where the Acropolis museum is or continue down to Monastiraki vibrant area and Plaka.
If you want to take a taxi a central road is right in front of the house and taxis are passing quite often.
The public transport has excellent links to the location of the apartment and a trolley stop is two meters from the doorstep. This trolley gets you fast to Fix Metro Station that is just 1km away.
