Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

House rules

  • Please note for parking:
  • We do not have a car space for this property. There is 2 hour free parking out the front of the building, Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm. Most of the backstreets, (2 minute walk from our place), as well as across the road from the apartment there is 2 hour free parking from the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Peel St has UNLIMITED FREE PARKING on weekends.
  • - Please note parking in the 8am - 6pm spots and free on weekends can be limited. We cannot guarantee a spot.
  • • This is a no party property, we do not allow ANY parties of any sought. The maximum amount of guests staying are allowed. This means 4 people in the property at any one time.
  • • This property is strictly no smoking. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the building, we will issue a $500 fine.
  • • This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 10pm.
  • • This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property.
  • • This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
  • • Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
  • • The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
  • • Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
  • • Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: parties, large events of more than 6 people, loitering around common areas, loud music, anything that would disturb the neighbours.
  • • Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
