You’ll be just a mile-and-a-half from a public boat landing on the upper lake, and there are miles of bike and ATV trails nearby as well, so you’ll always have something fun to do, no matter what season! Inside, the home boasts a warm and welcoming living space dressed in lots of comfortable furniture and rustic decor. Wake up to the smells of freshly brewed coffee then take your first cup out into the dining room to enjoy at the table with seating for six. Spend the afternoon on the water or on a fun hike then come home to kick back in the living room to enjoy a good read or stream your favorite movies and shows on the flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is equipped with plenty of appliances, counter space, and cabinet storage to help you prepare a delicious meal, and summer visitors will appreciate the private gas grill when they host barbecues with friends. The gas fireplace will keep the home nice and warm on those frosty evenings, and you can use the private washer and dryer to ensure everyone’s clothes stay sparkling clean while you’re here. When the sun goes down, gather everyone around the firepit for an evening of toasted S’mores and stargazing. Don’t forget to use the free WiFi to post your favorite memories to your social media. And keep an eye out for a doe and baby fawn that like to visit the front yard each year! THINGS TO KNOW Guests will find a binder with stories about all the beautiful surrounding wildlife. Please note that there is an active outdoor surveillance camera looking out over the driveway. The Garage and Shed are locked and off-limits to guests. 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
