Built in 2021, this twostory home is new and polished from top to bottom. The main living space is upstairs on the second floor, offering high ceilings and an airy, open layout. The living room features a sectional sofa, a gas fireplace available seasonally, and a TV with streaming capabilities. In fact, there are TVs throughout the house in case the rain decides to pass through.
The sleek kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island, and an adjacent farmstyle dining table. There’s also ample space to relax outdoors and listen for the sounds of the ocean, including front and rear covered decks, a sundeck surrounding the pool and hot tub, and a shaded patio with a gas grill.
Additional amenities include an outdoor shower and a private washerdryer to welcome you back from the beach in the afternoons, free WiFi and central airconditioning, and community use of a swimming pool, fitness center, and tennis courts.
