Make a splash in the fully enclosed private pool, which is heated seasonally for added comfort, then stretch out in one of the pool loungers with a vacation read or sip beverages with your crew on the patio furniture. When it’s time to eat, sizzle burgers or veggies on the propane grill. An outdoor shower offers a convenient spot to rinse off after days at the beach, while available beach cruiser bikes provide a convenient way to explore the area by land. When you return home, play a game of cornhole or Jenga in the lawn area. Inside the modern home, you’ll find ample space for your whole group to unwind. Cozy up on comfortable furnishings and stream a movie on the smart TV, or enjoy chit-chat and cocktails while relaxing in the adjacent living space overlooking the pool deck. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, the kitchen features everything you need to prepare family-style meals. Perch at the kitchen bar or in the charming dining space. Central air-conditioning adds comfort throughout the home. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available using your own accounts. There is a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Two dog crates are available for dogs less than 25 lbs. There is no boat lift access on the dock. There is a non-optional $30/night pool heat charge from Oct 1-Apr 30.
