A freshly renovated, well equipped and well located ground floor two bedroom apartment in central Exeter with free allocated on-site parking.
The Space:
This two bedroom apartment is perfectly located within a five minute walk of central Exeter, whilst boasting on-site parking for one car. The apartment has been freshly renovated to a high standard. It is well equipped with all mod cons, microwave, oven/grill, toaster, coffee machine (pods provided), washer/dryer, dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, 55 inch flat screen TV in the living area, 42 inch TV in the main bedroom and internet access throughout. There are also USB chargers integrated into some of the plug sockets for convenience.
The apartment is on the ground floor, accessible through a locked communal entrance and is wheelchair friendly (no steps except from one small kerb from parking area).
For the grown ups (and their family), the Mill on the Exe gastropub is a minutes walk away. Historically a working mill, this pub offers excellent food and drinks in a beautiful location, with waterside gardens and a choice of cosy bars or more formal dining/drinking areas. Five minutes walk away are all the establishments at the Quay, including the Prospect Inn - a particular favourite, with consistently good food, friendly atmosphere and lovely staff.
Guest Access:
Access to the apartment is through a securely locked communal door. All facilities (kitchen, washer/dryer etc) are provided so hopefully the only place you will need to access is Exeter and all the lovely things the city has to offer!
The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is centrally located, with Exeter St Thomas Station a 7 minute walk away, Exeter St David’s and Exeter Central Station a 14 minute walk, which provides direct links to London Waterloo and Exmouth, among other destinations. The Guildhall Shopping Centre is 10 minutes away, with a range of shops including Sainsburys to pick up any groceries, the Exeter Picturehouse is a lovely local cinema only 8 minutes walk, and there’s a fantastic selection of local pubs and bars to enjoy.
Getting Around:
Due to its central Exeter location you can easily access everywhere by foot. Alternatively you can jump on at the nearest train station which is Exeter St Thomas
